Gymnastics is a sport that combines strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and agility with artistic movement. Originating in ancient Greece, it has become one of the most popular sports worldwide.

The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) oversees key disciplines such as Artistic, Rhythmic, Trampoline & Tumbling, Acrobatic & Aerobic, Parkour, and Para-Gymnastics. Among these, Artistic Gymnastics is the most well-known, with events like vault, floor, balance beam, uneven bars, pommel horse, parallel bars, rings, and horizontal bar.

Suitable for all ages, gymnastics helps build core strength, posture, flexibility, and fitness, making it a strong foundation for lifelong health and athletic development.

At Universe Gymnastics, we provide training that builds strength, coordination, and confidence in every student. Our courses are suitable for all ages, from beginners to advanced levels.

Aerial Silk

Aerial Silks—also known as ribbons, tissues, or fabric—is a graceful yet powerful art form where performers create breathtaking acrobatics while suspended from fabric. Blending strength, flexibility, and artistry, aerialists climb, wrap, drop, and flow through the air with precision and creativity.

Our program focuses on technical perfection and artistic expression, with training designed to build core strength, stamina, and body awareness. Students learn key techniques such as climbs, wraps, and drops, progressing safely with the use of crash mats and structured conditioning tailored to aerial practice.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced performer, aerial silks offers a unique way to challenge the body, unlock creativity, and experience the thrill of movement in the air.
 

Yoga

Yoga is a holistic practice that unites the body, mind, and spirit, guiding you toward greater balance, strength, and inner peace. At our academy, yoga is more than exercise—it is a way of life that improves overall well-being and helps you embrace mindfulness in your daily routine.

Mallakhamb

Mallakhamba, or mallakhamb is a traditional sport, originating from the Indian subcontinent, in which a group of gymnasts perform aerial yoga and gymnastic postures using wrestling grips in concert with a stationary vertical pole. Our program introduces students to the fundamentals, including grips, holds, and climbs, before progressing to advanced transitions, static poses, and acrobatic movements. Mallakhamb is a complete workout that builds core strength, grip power, flexibility, and body control, while also improving focus and confidence. Guided by supportive coaches, students learn at their own pace with a balance of discipline and encouragement. This unique practice preserves tradition while offering a modern approach to fitness and personal growth.
